 Our Terms and Conditions:

• Please read our Cancellation and Transfer Policy. 

• Please ensure that you have given a valid email and mobile number as any course changes will be communicated via email or sms.

• Please ensure that participants wear comfortable clothing  and closed-in shoes.  

• The use of sunscreen and hats during filming are compulsory.

• Participants must provide their own lunch, including snacks and drinks. 

• Children attending the 10-13 age group holiday courses must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian.

• Our staff will supervise students on the workshop courses in their breaks. These students will not be permitted to leave the advertised venue without parental permission, unless it is under the supervision of a Greenshoot supervisor and for purposes of filming or participating in the film course. Please supply written permission for your child if your child is allowed to leave the venue unsupervised.

• If you are running late to collect your child, please call a GreenShoot Films supervisor, as we only provide supervision during course times.
